Shri. Satish P. Desai has revolutionized the education of Kolhapur district by establishing Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Kalambe Tarf Kale in 2006 education to rural area. He knows that rural youth has inherent power to the nation-building. We have taken this responsibility to guide them in a right direction.
